Hemi Cylinder Head Porting

Upgrade your Gen3 HEMI 5.7, 6.1, 6.2, and 6.4 cylinder heads to get all the flow you need! 

STAGE 1 is $1,500 and includes:

- Disassembly and cleaning

- CNC porting done by Thitek (best in the Hemi cylinder head business)

- Deck surface milled flat for the best sealing to the head gasket 

- New bronze valve guides

- Fresh valve job 

- New valve seals

- Reassembly of factory components 

STAGE 2 is $2,100 and includes everything from Stage 1, in addition to:

- Brand new Manley stainless steel valves

- 0.650" lift beehive springs 

- Hardened steel retainers and seats 

STAGE 3 is $2400 and includes everything from Stage 1 and Stage 2 heads, in addition to:

- Big valve upgrade

Upgrade options to Stages 2 & 3 are:

- $300 Inconel exhaust valves

- $160 Titanium retainers (RACE ONLY)

These are the perfect upgrade to your 392 Scat Pack, Hellcat, RT, Trackhawk, etc. Expected power gains range from 20-50 RWHP! Gains can vary, depending on other modifications done to the vehicle.

This will require your heads to be sent in for inspection and then CNC'd with new components installed. There are some cases where we have cores to use, but it is not always a guarantee. 

Turnaround time is about 3 weeks from time of receiving your heads.
